Refund and Returns Policy

At Form Supply Co, we take pride in offering refined, high-quality products. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect — we’ll make it right.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before completing your order.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please email us at info@formsupplyco.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

To assist with a swift resolution, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief explanation

Once approved, we’ll organise a refund, exchange, or replacement as appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used consumables

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
If a return is approved due to a product fault or our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
If a return is approved as a courtesy (e.g. the wrong item was ordered), the customer will be responsible for return shipping.


Returns Address

Returns should only be sent once approved via email. We will provide the appropriate return address and instructions during that process.


Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
